This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Publist ("Publist", "we, "our, or "us") collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") on publist.ai (the "Site") and the services, features, or content we offer (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). This privacy policy applies to the Services and all products and services offered by Publist. We receive information about you from various sources, including: i) if you register for the Site, through your user account on the Site (your "Account"); (ii) your use of the Services generally; and (iii) from third party websites and services. When you use the Services, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") gathered when you are using or accessing the Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third party websites, services and applications ("Third Party Services") that you elect to access through the Service. While we attempt to facilitate access only to those Third Party Services that share our respect for your privacy, we cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those Third Party Services. What Information Do We Collect?

  • We do not sell, trade, or rent Users Personal identification Information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

How We Protect Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

CalOPPA Disclosures

We do not currently respond to web browsers' "do not track" signals that provide a method to opt out of the collection information about users' activities on the Services and on other websites. If we do so in the future, we will provide relevant information in this Privacy Policy.

Compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register with the Services. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through the Site. Publist has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
